The ESE is holding its second Research Meeting on Friday 7th October 2016 in ACTA, Amsterdam, The Netherlands .The focus of the meeting is:

Endodontology: Back to the Future - From Systematic Reviews to trusted evidence...and back again

This meeting will include presentations by several expert keynote speakers as well as group discussion sessions.

The meeting will be open to the following groups: Academics working in Universities, ESE Registered Postgraduate students, Country Representatives and Certified members of the ESE. All attendees will be expected to take part in the discussions and contribute to the outcome. Places are limited and available on a “first come first served” basis with an anticipated maximum of 200 delegates.

Registration is 160 Euros for everyone.

ESE Registered Postgraduate Students
Saturday 8 October 2016

A postgraduate meeting will be held on Saturday 8th October 2016 for ESE Registered Postgraduate students and programme directors. Registration for Saturday is 40 Euros.

Postgraduate students who are not already ESE Registered Postgraduate students can become one for 20 Euros – for more information use our contact form  for more information.

The Postgraduate meeting on Saturday will focus on endodontic surgery: the morning will consist of two lectures from experts in the field; the afternoon includes slots for students to present research or interesting case presentations. Presentations will be for 15 minutes each with 5 minutes of questions.

If you would like to present please send a WORD file attached to an email containing your Abstract to: administrator@e-s-e.eu.

The Research Abstract should be no more than 400 words and be divided into the following sections:

  • Title
  • Authors
  • Institutions
  • Aim
  • Methodology
  • Results
  • Conclusions

The Case Report Abstract should be no more than 400 words and divided into the following sections:

  • Title
  • Authors
  • Institutions
  • Aim
  • Introduction
  • Case Presentation
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion & Clinical Relevance
  • References (max 5)

The deadline for submissions is 8th September 2016.

 

Hotels

The ESE will not be arranging hotels and you are advised to book your own accommodation once your registration has been confirmed. Click here for hotel suggestions.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the ESE Administrator: administrator@e-s-e.eu.
A 50% refund will be made for cancellations until the 20th September 2016, after this no refund can be made.
