Welcome Reception

The Welcome reception will take place on Wednesday evening at 17:30 in the exhibition area of the congress centre. Entrance is subject to registration and display of the congress badge. The reception is free for participants and registered accompanying persons.

ESE Reception

The ESE reception will take place on Thursday evening at 19:00 – 22:00 in Pátio da Galé. The reception is free for participants and registered accompanying persons. Please note there will be a limit on the number of alcoholic drinks per person.

Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner will take place on Friday evening at 20:00 in Kais Restaurant. The tickets will cost 85 Euros. Entrance is subject to registration and submission of a ticket. Participants can request tickets for the Gala Dinner on the "online registration" form. Those who elect to buy the tickets on-site may find that tickets are not available if the event is sold out; however, if there are free spaces the cost will be 100 Euros.
