Registration

Registration entitles delegates to:

• entry to all Scientific Sessions and the Trade Exhibition;
• admission to the Welcome Reception, coffee breaks and lunches;
• congress booklets;
• certificate of attendance (pdf format on completion of on-line evaluation form);
• congress bag.

Please note: The ESE reception on Thursday evening is available to accompanying persons but not available for non-ESE registered postgraduate students or undergraduate students.

On-line registration will open on 1 January 2013 and ends on 1 September 2013; after this date registration is only possible on-site.

Delegates will receive confirmation of their registration via email. Only registered delegates can attend the pre-congress courses that must be booked separately.

Entrance to the congress, exhibition and social events is via tickets and badges. Badges will be supplied on registration and must be worn at all times.

A letter from your school must be provided as proof of student status

Opening hours of the registration desk at the Congress:
Wednesday September 11th  8:30 - 18.00
Thursday September 12th 08.00 - 18.00
Friday September 13th 08.00 - 18.00
Saturday  September 14th 08.00 - 14.00

REGISTRATION FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
Two special packages are available but please note the congress centre is some distance from the centre of Lisbon and  the hotels:

1. Only social events
Welcome Reception on Wednesday and ESE Reception on Thursday
On-line registration - 80 Euro per person
On-site registration – 100 Euro per person

2. Social events, coffee breaks and lunches and access to the exhibition
Welcome Reception on Wednesday and ESE Reception on Thursday plus coffee and lunches at the Congress
On-line registration - 200 Euro per person
On-site registration – 220 Euro per person

CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the ESE Administrator: info@eselisbon2013.com.
A 50% refund will be made for cancellations until the 1st July 2013, after this no refund can be made.
